Who are you?
We're looking for someone who is passionate about scaling teams and working with groups of people towards a common objective — someone who:
- has 1-3 years of experience in an HR role
- has a proven HR experience in fast-paced, collaborative working environment
- has a sound understanding of organizational psychology

What will you work on?
As an HR & People Operations Lead, your primary responsibility will be create, manage and optimize People Ops systems across recruitment, retention and growth of our team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing HR initiatives that align with overall strategies and culture
- Planning, executing and optimizing People initiatives including growth structures
